Community Services: Family Support Service The Family Support Service is funded by the Tasmanian Department of Health and Human Services to provide support for those people who have the responsibility of caring for young children, either on a full-time or part-time basis. This service is available to those in both urban and rural areas of Southern Tasmania. Lady Gowrie Tasmania Family Support Service offers the following to the community:
