Campbell Street Education and Care Centre
In 1994 Lady Gowrie Tasmania extended its Children’s Services program to include the Campbell Street site. Originally part of the local school support service, the Centre was established as part of a community capacity building initiative by the Department of Health.
The location is within walking distance of the Hobart city centre but even closer to cosmopolitan North Hobart, which is reflected in the rich diversity of the centre community.

In early 2006, renovations provided a subtle, calm environment which embraces the natural elements, as well as supporting smaller group sizes.   More recently, an expansive undercover outdoor deck area was added to provide the opportunity for an ongoing indoor/outdoor program.
